Read all about it! Ella discovers Bibimbap.
In England, unfortunately it can be pretty hard to find fast food which is fulfilling enough to be classed as a meal without the countless sweeteners or flavourings and still is served in under 15 minutes.
Bibimbap literally means ‘mixed rice’ and is a staple meal in Korea – quickly served and incredibly healthy!! I tried it for the first time a few days ago and I could literally feel my insides thanking me!! It felt as good as it tasted!
It’s such a simple idea yet has so many variations including vegetarian and vegan options with a range of sauces from black sesame sauce, fermented soy bean paste and soy sauce!!
This is definitely a style of restaurant I’m more than willing to go back to with my friends!
