I live near Tunbridge Wells, Kent & I buy my meat from this butcher. This is after throwing away meat purchased from local big named supermarkets to be used within the sell by date (not the use by date) that was off. The pies are the best you'll ever buy!!!! Any flavour, I bet you'll not eat two. One for lunch will last you through til the evening. Try a leg of Lamb on a Sunday & you won't buy from anywhere else. His beef is to die for, melts in the mouth. Excellent!!!

What a great film about my local butcher - probably the best pies on the planet. Great if you have a party, last weekend I ordered 20 and everyone said these were the best they had tasted!

If ever a steak pie deserved to have a film made about it, it's the Wellbeloved Steak Pie. Meat heaven.

We're regular customers at Wellbeloved and would recommend all their products to everyone. The pies are absolutely delicious, and so is the rest of their meats. Their steaks are fantastic, and they're always helpful and provide great advice. We love the service and always feel welcome in their shop. We try to buy all our meat produce from there every week. Definitely worth a visit!

A wonderful film about a master craftsman. He says in the film he likes to think he gives a reasonable quality service. So modest, because he provides an excellent service; considerate, helpful and he treats every customer courteously. I hike up from Nunhead to shop there because it's the best. The meat is outstanding and reasonably proced. His pies make Northerners wish they lived nearby, but my favourite are his faggots. So delicious. Thanks Bill!

Enjoyed the film as much as I enjoy the pies! Ate two in one day at the Test Match at Lords last year. Still cannot decide if I prefer them hot or cold.

I'm lucky enough to have a good butcher where I live, so I know what Sally's talking about in terms of a world of difference from supermarket meat. Sadly, mine does not make pies! A trip to Deptford soon...

If you usually buy your meat from a supermarket then just try Wills. You'll truly notice the difference. Will is happy to advise on slow cook cuts or quantities. You'll never go back and that's a promise.
