The Rich Tradition: Episode 5 France



This episode begins with Elisabeth Luard shopping in the market in Vaison la Romaine for cheese, vegetables, spit-roasted rabbit and quails, and local saucisson for lunch, and visits a traditional bakery, and an olive oil producer in Nyons. She goes to Arles for the Festival of St George. Finally she learns how to cook shoulder of lamb with Ă©pautre (spelt) from an innkeeper friend.
