No time for cooking tonight, so pick up a pack of chorizo sausages on the way home for a Uruguayan Chorizo al pan: a grilled chorizo in a crusty baguette, with tomato, lettuce and mayonnaise.
For the second time, the Dutch are providing the beer, Grolsch, Heineken, and perhaps that Kopstoot (headbutt) again - Dutch gin with lager chaser, though I hear you can tip the gin into the beer. If Netherlands get through, a proper Dutch recipe promised!
